More players oppose Amir's inclusion in fitness camp

LAHORE: After Azhar Ali, Pakistan’s ODI Skipper and Muhammad Hafeez, the number of players opposing fast bowler Muhammad Amir’s presence in the fitness camp ahead of the New Zealand tour has climbed to 12.

Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman Shahryar Khan on Thursday made it clear that players may face disciplinary action for taking a stance against Amir’s inclusion in the camp.
Azhar Ali on Thursday announced to boycott a training camp on the inclusion of Muhammad Amir - the cricketer convicted in a match-fixing scam. He said Amir’s presence in the training camp was unacceptable to him.
Muhammad Hafeez has also not reported at the training camp.
